1.1 All equipment of the subemerged arc furnace has been installed and debugged, and the furnace body masonry meets the smelting requirements.
1.2 Check the hydraulic system of the electric furnace, determine the liquid level of the liquid storage tank, and start the hydraulic pump only within the marked line. After starting the pump, check the operation of the system. After it is normal, check the electrode lifting and lowering. Ensure that there is no leakage before starting the furnace.
1.3 Check whether the cooling water of the conductive system, electrode holder and other equipment is normal, and whether its control opening and closing is flexible and effective.
1.4 Make sure that all limit positions are intact.
1.5 Make sure that all automatic control instruments, signal indications, etc. are intact.
1.6 Ensure that there are no people or objects on site that hinder safe operation before power is supplied.
2.1 Start the hydraulic system
2.2 The positions of various interlocking protections are correct.
2.3 Supply power until the ammeter displays normal values.
3.1 The shift leader and deputy leader of the smelting team must cherish and maintain the equipment while leading the whole class to operate the smelting.
3.2 During the smelting operation, attention should be paid to the electrode system and the furnace conditions. If any abnormality occurs, the power should be cut off immediately, and the production dispatcher should be reported, and the maintenance worker should be asked to deal with it in time.
3.3 It is the responsibility of all personnel to maintain the electric furnace equipment. The good operation of the equipment is one of the prerequisites for ensuring high quality and high yield.
3.4 All equipment is operated by workers in this position, and non-position personnel are not allowed to operate without permission.
3.5 The hydraulic system and each actuator must be checked every shift, and leakage and other phenomena must be dealt with in time. Ensure the stability of the medium system.
3.6 The hydraulic system's liquid storage tank must be checked every shift. If the liquid level is too low, replenish the liquid in time. If the liquid temperature is too high (greater than 60℃), check whether the circulating cooling system is normal, and take measures in time to ensure the normal operation of the system.
3.7 Clean and replace the filter elements of each filter in the hydraulic system regularly to ensure the cleanliness of the hydraulic medium.
3.8 Operators should be responsible and not make any misoperation, as any misoperation may cause major accidents.
3.9 Operators should take good care of the equipment, keep the operating rooms clean, and avoid various man-made accidents.
3.10 Bolts and other fasteners in each connection should be tightened regularly to prevent them from loosening and causing failures, which will affect production.
3.11 The electrical control system should be cleaned regularly to prevent various failures and malfunctions caused by excessive dust.
Minor repair: one week
Medium repair: one year
Major repair: three years
1) Tighten and replace each bolt
2) Check and tighten all fasteners in the conductive system, add missing parts, and check insulation.
3) The pipelines of each water-cooling part are unobstructed and the joints are leaking.
4) Check the filter conditions of the hydraulic system, keep records, and replace them when due.
5) Check the leakage of each pipeline and actuator of the hydraulic system, and deal with the leakage points.
6) Check the high-pressure pump group and each hydraulic valve.
7) Check the bladder accumulator.
8) Check the insulation system and replace the damaged insulation parts.
10) Solve the problems found by the operator during use.
11) Clean the steel slag of the equipment
12) Check whether the components of the transformer are normal and whether the fastening bolts of the high-current circuit are loose.
13) Replace the equipment parts periodically.
1) Complete the minor repair work.
2) Check the electrode lifting cylinder, focus on the leakage and other situations, or replace them periodically.
3) Replace the filter elements of the hydraulic station and keep records.
4) Replace the electromagnetic reversing valve and proportional valve unit.
5) Clean the liquid storage tank. Check and repair safety facilities, check for deformation, and repair and reinforce deformed parts.
6) Arrange, clean, dredge and replace water-cooling pipes.
7) Perform routine electrical maintenance.
1) Complete the medium repair work.
2) Take samples of hydraulic media for testing, and clean the storage tank and pipes.
3) Test, filter or replace the water-cooled conductive system, transformer core, and transformer oil.
4) Check and replace the fasteners of the short-circuit system.
5) Check and replace necessary parts of the on-load voltage regulator.
