Intermediate Frequency Furnace Melting Process

The intermediate frequency electric furnace uses the intermediate frequency power supply to establish the intermediate frequency magnetic field, so as to generate induced eddy current and heat inside the ferromagnetic material, so as to heat the material.

The medium-frequency electric furnace adopts 200-2500Hz medium-frequency power supply for induction heating, smelting and heat preservation. The medium-frequency electric furnace is mainly used for smelting carbon steel, alloy steel, special steel and nonferrous metals such as copper, aluminum and metallic silicon.
