The heat on the surface of SAF furnace cover is taken away by circulating cooling water to reduce the temperature of furnace roof. During the operation of submerged arc furnace, the water-cooled furnace roof bears the heat radiation and pressure generated by electrodes, materials and furnace gas in the furnace. Short network (bus system) layout can adopt the intermediate incoming line method, that is, the copper bar from the transformer is directly led to the furnace core, and the current is transmitted to the copper bush through the collecting ring, so that the length of the three-phase copper bar is basically the same, the load of each phase is balanced, and the reactance can be reduced.
