Ladle refining furnace is a secondary refining equipment, usually used in the process after the primary refining furnace. Its a kind of equipment used for steelmaking, mainly used to reduce impurities in molten steel and improve the composition of molten steel.
LRF is usually used in the intermediate processing process, that is, after the molten steel comes out of the molten iron smelting furnace, it enters the continuous casting machine to make steel billets. The electrical automation control adopts a human-machine interface, which simulates the real furnace form and is easy to operate. Batching, loading, smelting, and steel tapping can all be operated on the computer.
