The water-cooled furnace cover of the arc furnace adopts the tubular frame water-cooling furnace cover, and the water-cooled cover is designed as per two halves for the convenience of replacement and transportation.
The water cooling furnace cover includes a tubular frame, a left half cover water cooling fast, a right half cover water cooling fast, a lime feeding device, and a center small furnace cover water cooling support ring. Tubular frame is made into a circular ring with seamless steel pipes, which not only serves as the strength requirement of structural parts, but also serves as the main inlet and return water pipeline. Connect all cooling water circuits through the main inlet and return water pipelines. The left and right halves of water cooling blocks are connected to the frame by bolts, and the water cooling fast inlet and return water are connected to the main inlet and return water pipelines through branch steel pipes to cool the two halves of water cooling blocks.
The lime feeding device is installed on the furnace water-cooled cover. The device is composed of receiving hopper, chute, etc. The lower part of the chute is designed as a water cooling structure. When no lime is added, the gate valve of the chute is closed to prevent the flue gas from overflowing from the lime feeding device.
The water cooling support ring of the central small furnace cover is made into an inverted cone platform structure, which is also cooled by water. The water inlet and return pipes are connected to the main water inlet and return pipes.
