Water Cooling Cable Introduction

Performance Requirements for Water-cooled Cables
Breakdown voltage of outer sheath rubber pipe of water-cooled cable V ≥ 2300V.
Working water pressure resistance of outer sheath rubber pipe of water-cooled cable P ≥ 0.6Mpa.
There is no leakage of cooling water at the interface of outer sheath hose and electrode.
Soft lead and electrode shall be fastened by cold extrusion on special equipment.
The test tension of 200mm2 nominal sectional area is 15KN. On this basis, the test tension value shall be increased by 5KN for each increase of 100mm2 nominal sectional area of water-cooled cable.
The maximum surface temperature of water-cooled cable (including connection) shall not be more than 40 ℃.

Water cooled cable for electric arc furnace: the electrode surface is tinned, corrosion resistant, with good conductivity. The end is provided with a lifting ring, convenient for site installation. The rubber tube and the electrode are fastened with two stainless steel clamps, safe and reliable. Water-cooled cable of vacuum furnace: one end of the cable electrode is of the horn mouth lock nut type, connected with the induction ring in the vacuum furnace, and the other end of the electrode structure is of the flat flange type, connected with the capacitor. The outer sheath rubber tube of the cable has a taper seal ring, so as to ensure the sealing with the shell of the vacuum furnace. The water-cooled cable inside the vacuum furnace has a high-temperature protection treatment on the outer sheath. The cooling water of the water-cooled cable directly enters the induction ring in the vacuum furnace for circulating cooling. It is widely used in the vacuum sintering furnace of NdFeB magnetic materials, and can replace the imported cables.
Water-cooled cable of intermediate frequency furnace: soft conductor adopts enameled wire, when transmitting intermediate frequency current, it has no skin effect on the surface, high power transmission efficiency, low heat generation, and the outer sheath rubber tube is not easy to age; The enameled wire is softened, and the stress at the connection part with the electrode is small. When the furnace is tilted and inverted repeatedly, the connection part between the water-cooled cable electrode and the flexible conductor will not be broken.
